A Simple Practice for Real Progress

Consistency is important, but consistency alone isn’t enough.

Don’t just come to class. Come to get better.

Every week ask yourself:

  • Am I improving?
  • Am I fixing my mistakes?
  • Am I getting a little better each week?

If the answer is yes, keep going. If not, change your approach.

Show up. Learn. Improve. Repeat.

See you on the mats!

– JP Garcia

Have a safe and Happy Independence Day. 🇺🇸 Happy 4th of...

Hi Reader, One of the biggest lessons Jiu-Jitsu teaches us has nothing to do with submissions or sweeps. It teaches us how to become comfortable with change.
